Evenly divided between a blown shoulder or knee, you readers have left it a toss-up as to which is worse. There were two votes for a stick in the eye (who are you people?) and that doesn't help matters. Personally, having done the knee I wouldn't mind going the shoulder route this time.For the next poll, please vote for your side of the bed.

i am the people who votes stick in the eye. i got one in my eye when i was a youngster, running through scrubbrush, playing grabass. the tree was dead, so the stick snapped at once, and lodged in my eye where you might put your finger to get out the crusties, directly adjacent the nose. i paused for breath, surprised and a little smarting, and removed the twig from my eye, momentarily astonished, before returning to my grabass games. it wasn't so bad.
and hey, i figgers, ya got two eyes. but you don't need'em both to see, like you do your knees to perambulate.
