For those of you who've indulged your senses with Carol Keller's, French Laundry At Home blog, break out your tissues. She's done. She has finished the last recipe from the book. Appropriately it was the first recipe in the book: "Cornets" -- Salmon Tartare with Sweet Red Onion Creme Fraiche.
Over nearly two years she has done what, to my knowledge, no home cook has succeeded in doing: cooked all 100 recipes from the finest cookbook in the last 25 years. She has written humorously and sensuously about the experience and her blog was a regular joy to read. I'm certain she has not finished writing. I look forward to her next project and to be honest I have still got a few of the posts to finish.
If you haven't taken a swing through there, do. At the very least you'll end up hungry.
