This is the electoral map as of today from Pollster. It shows the states that will more than likely go McCain (red), the states that will more than likely go Obama (blue), the leaners (pink and light blue), and the tossups (yellow).

A point to be made here:

It takes 270 electoral votes to win the election. Look at the numbers. To reach 270 McCain must win all his red states, all his leaners, all the tossups, AND all the Democratic leaners. If he does that he reaches 270... exactly. If Obama wins the dark blues and just one red, pink, yellow or light blue state, Obama wins the election. This is the row McCain must hoe over the next 9 days.
