I guess the 80% of Americans who live in metropolitan areas are just morally bankrupt. If fishing in a small town value I'm happy to stick with Sodom and Gomorrah.
I enjoyed watching Giuliani diss those with an urban flair. He's such the son of a soil. Where else but in Gotham would he have been allowed to keep both his wife and his mistress under the same roof on the taxpayers' dime?
