Racism

Race is about to get blown up in this election. This little column was written by Bobby Lee May. It was published in The Voice, a bi-weekly paper that serves Grundy, the largest community in Buchanan County, Virginia. In spite of (or perhaps because of) this little gem Bobby Lee May is the chairman of John McCain's campaign in Buchanan County. Mr. May is also the treasurer of the Republican Party in that county.

The McCain campaign has yet to repudiate it.

NAMBLA. NAMBLA. Where have I heard that before?

Oh yeah, Southpark.

I'm also betting that with a name like Bobby May, he'll be enjoying that tax break.

What kind of POS newspaper prints this crap? BTW, it was nice of Bobby to include his email address. I'm sure he would appreciate it if we expanded his horizons by signing him up for the NAMBLA newsletter.

Geoff Manaugh, over at BLDGBLOG, has interesting questions about the "authenticity" of the small-town perspective. I have to cut up the url here, because blogspot comments won't take the html. So, you'll have to cut and paste:
