Family

We are frightened by the provincial ways of Missouri. Black Jack, Mo, has refused an occupancy permit to an unmarried couple who purchased a house there. It seems unmarried couples can cohabitate if the children are related to both of the adults. In this case the man is not the children's father. That means, according to the town's ordinance, they are not a family. Thanks for helping us out. So the children are unable to have a father figure because you pinheads have a rather narrow view of the world. The "related" requirement probably isn't a problem for the other residents of Black Jack as it's likely they are all in-bred.
